Sizing

Our sizes are either Fruit of the Loom Super Premium or Guildan Ultra Cotton, both super quality and in standard sizes, small, medium, large, extra large and XXL.

We can sometimes accommodate other sizes if we are producing another print run of a certain design. In that case, please contact us and we will try and help.

Our Hoodie garments are also to these sizes although we would recommend that you buy the size up from your normal t-shirt size!

Payment

The preferred method of payment is online via PayPal.

You don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from our website.

All major credit cards are accepted.

We can also accept Postal Orders and Cheques from UK customers, but this will delay shipping until cleared.

Cheques should be made out to Whitewater Ltd, Unit 10, Ashforth Business Centre, Ashforth Street, Nottingham, NG3 4BG.

Please make sure you include complete delivery details, a contact telephone number, sizing and which design you would like.

Online Security

PayPal is one of the most trusted methods of payment online and as such all orders are 100% secure. All your payment details are handled by PayPal, so we never see any of your card or account details.

Delivery

Customers in the UK will usually receive their orders within 2–5 working days of purchase. International orders usually take 7 working days to arrive but it can take longer if the parcel gets caught up in customs.

Postage to UK customers is FREE and included in t-shirt price.

International Orders

We ship international orders at a small extra charge. We can also ship International Signed For if you would like. Please contact us.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 28 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have sent out the wrong item.

We will also exchange any item to another size, if returned 'as new' condition – we will not refund return postage for this.

Unique Designs

All of our products are unique and designed by Nerdoh, we try and produce designs that you, our customers, would like to wear, so if you do have any ideas for future products, please get in touch.

We then screenprint them to very, very, very (you get the idea) high exacting standards, so they will last and last. We DO NOT produce our designs using heatpress or transfers, like a lot of online t-shirt companies. OUR TEES WILL LAST!

Guaranteed to wash at 60°C (although ideally should be washed at 40°C)

One piece cotton/Lycra™ neck – so will not stretch

Screen printed by hand to a high spec

If you have a shop or would like to stock our products, please feel free to get in touch. But, please note that we do produce everything ourselves and to a high quality within the UK, so our bulk prices are not in line with cheap, inferior printing from Turkery/Greece etc!!
