When? Why? How? Who?

  • When? Nerdoh was the genesis of a bright star of movie inspired t-shirts. From the beginnings of Ebay to this brand new site.
  • Why? There was a wilderness of good movie inspired tee designs. We still have our original Camp Crystal Lake design in our wardrobe.
  • How? Our creative background, printing knowledge, marketing friends and general love of movies inspire us. As well as ALL movie fans.
  • Who? Nerdoh are a bunch of creatives, programmers and marketers who try to produce items that YOU want.

 

UK Postage Costs?
 

  • UK Standard Delivery is FREE
    OUR UK STANDARD DELIVERY IS ALWAYS FREE. Sent via Royal Mail. Arrives approximately 2-3 working days. This service is NOT TRACKABLE.
  • UK Special Delivery
    £7 flat rate price for next day delivery. Sent via Royal Mail and GUARANTEED to be delivered before 1pm the next working day. Orders MUST be received before 12 noon Monday to Thursday to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed on a Friday after 2pm and on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note UK Bank Holidays will add an extra day for delivery onto orders made on Friday/Saturday/Sunday and will be delivered the following Wednesday. A TRACKABLE signed for service.
  • UK Recorded Delivery
    £2.90 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail. Arrives approximately 2-3 working days. A TRACKABLE signed for service.

 

Overseas Postage Costs?
 

  • International Signed For
    £7.70 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item. Sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Arrives approximately 7-9 working days. A TRACKABLE signed for service. Please note parcels being sent to the USA are experiencing additional delays following checks by USPS – this is completely out of our control and we can only apologize if your parcel takes longer than expected to arrive.
  • Standard Airmail
    This generally depends on whereabouts you are in the world. Europe is £3.00, Australia & New Zealand £5.00, USA £4.00. Sent via Royal Mail Air Mail. Arrives approximately 7-9 working days. This service is NOT TRACKABLE.

 

Payments?
 

  • Nerdoh does not require you have a PayPal account or sign up for one as all major credit cards are accepted via Paypal. Please note it is still Paypal that will process your order whether you set up an account or not.
  • UK customers can also pay by CHEQUE.
  • Please include full postage charges and let us know which postal option you have chosen (Special Delivery, Registered, etc.)

Nerdoh Security
 

  • All orders are TOTALLY secure. We let Paypal handle all of our payments so we NEVER get to see any of your card details.
  • We DO NOT store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

 

Refunds and Exchanges?
 

  • Absolutely. You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 30 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the garment is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. In certain circumstances we may allow exchanges after the 30 day period but they will only be eligible for an exchange. No refunds will be offered.

 

Ethics & The Environment
 

  • Nerdoh try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and as such try and print out as little paper as possible. When purchasing you will receive a Confirmation email. When we dispatch you will receive a Dispatched Email. We don’t put any paper invoices/delivery details in the package, as our Confirmation Email, as well as the PayPal payment email, is sufficient for any correspondence and queries regarding your order.
